We are firm believers that living with a disability does not have to mean living a confined life with limited opportunities. Tree Tops NDIS Support Services is passionate about Disability Care and Support. We’ll be with you every step of the way, enhancing your independence and helping you achieve your goals and open up your horizons.
With the help of our hard-working team, we can provide NDIS support services, Home Care Services as well as short term accommodation and respite.
Our main goal is to assist you, in whatever way you prefer. We strive to work closely with family members as well, as we understand the importance of family support. With our fantastic team and trusted experience, we can help you find the support you need.
We care about your mental and physical wellbeing, just as much as we care about opening up avenues for you to access education, work and social activities. Whether it’s learning new skills, connecting with people or visiting new places, our Support Care Workers will be right by your side to cheer you on and make things happen for you. Our job is to provide the support and care you need to lead a healthy, safe and fulfilling life.
Whether you require in home care services or out in the community, our highly trained staff can support you with your daily activities, such as: personal care, showering, dressing, grooming, mobilising around the home, and preparing and eating your meals. We can also provide this assistance overnight or on a live-in basis for a more intensive support system, including short term accommodation and respite.
TreeTops School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) service provides young people with disabilities the employability support they need to transition from school to the workforce. This exciting time in young people’s lives is filled with opportunity and possibility, and we are here to realise your aspirations as you leave school and make your way into the world of work.
We can provide access and help you engage with your community. If you want to further your goals, interests, work, study, or simply socialise, we can help by arranging transportation, accompanying you to events or outings, and providing personal support while out.
We can provide you with the skills to live a more independent life. By supporting your personal growth, we can enhance the skills you already have, and introduce new, helpful skills for everyday life. Whether you want to cook your own meals, use new technology, or clean the house, we can help you achieve these goals.
Along with personal, household skills, we also help develop community-based skills, such as going out to eat, or using public transport. This way, you can live a more independent life inside and outside your home.
